Kimmo Kartano has had a long career in executive search and management consulting, primarily in the United States. Before starting Frontrunner in 2014, he worked for a large global search firm and as a strategy and organizational development consultant for companies such as The Boston Consulting Group and The World Bank. He has also conducted investment research for international investment banks. Kimmo will talk about applying artificial intelligence in executive search, and what it means for the future of headhunting.
